LSH Cadence In Color is a 16 hand pinto Friesian/Warmblood cross stallion, approved for breeding with American Warmblood Society and Friesian Heritage Horse. He is a stunning stallion with a gentle, willing temperament, three good gaits, and a natural talent in collected work. His piaffe, passage, and pirouettes are international quality. His offspring already show that same natural talent and good temperament, and have scored quite well in their inspections. Cadence has excellent bone, strong feet, a strong back with a wonderful loin connection, powerful hindquarters with excellent angle, and his neck connection is quite good. He consistently improves the hindquarters, feet, and passes on an elegant neck to his offspring. His offspring already show that ability to sit and collect, and are easy to handle and train. About half his offspring inherit his flashy pinto coloring as well.

Cadence is showing at the FEI levels - he was AWS USDF HOY at Intermediare-1 in 2010. He is schooling most of the Grand Prix work now, and we hope to see him debut at GP either later in 2011 or in 2012. He truly exhibits the best of both worlds, the gentle temperament and charisma of the Baroque horse combined with the athleticism and elasticity of the Warmblood horse. Cadence's sire is Doktor, one of the forward moving Friesians of Proud Meadows, and his dam is an AWS mare sired by Art Deco.
