Tamara has a law degree from Suffolk University(Boston). She worked in the field of Corporate Governance, Business Ethics and Securities Regulation - first, with the State of New Hampshire's Securities Bureau, then as Executive Assistant to Myron Kandel (founding financial editor and economic commentator for CNN) at The Initiative For Corporate Responsibility and Investor Protection in New Hampshire; however in 2006 she traded in her Jaguar for a Mustang and suit for a pair of jeans, camera and notebook. In 2011 Tamara transitioned back into the corporate world in the trucking industry. Starting in collection/accounts receivables, she is currently working in the transportation industry as a Safety and Compliance Manager. She is a Certified Transportation Broker and Certified Claims Professional.
Although previously, working in the music and horse industries as a free lance photographer, web designer, and writer - working with artists such as Singer/Song Writer Scott Kirby, Peter Mayer ( of Jimmy Buffett's Coral Reefers), Russ Kunkel, drummer James Taylor, Lyle Lovett, Trey Gray,drummer Brooks & Dunn. She was also Webmaster and Director of Sales and Marketing with the Paisley Pony Magazine, a national equine publication. Despite her hectic schedule she still makes time for her passions: horses, music and photography and mountain biking.
Tamara enjoys running, cycling and mountain biking.
